Multi-Institutional Study of Leadership (MSL)
Survey Overview
The purpose of the Multi-Institutional Study of Leadership (MSL) is to examine student leadership values at both the institutional and national levels with specific attention to the campus experience factors that influence leadership development in college students. The MSL is administered every three years by the Survey Sciences Group, LLC, with Dr. John P. Dugan of Loyola University Chicago as principal investigator. BYU-Hawaii has participated in MSL since 2009.
