Survey Tools

There are two main survey tools we recommend using for your survey needs: Microsoft Forms and Qualtrics. Both are accessible by single sign-on using BYUH credentials.

Qualtrics is a premium product where we have a limited allotment of responses allowed. For this reason, we recommend the use of Microsoft Forms whenever possible. Microsoft Forms is currently available to all students and employees (search for Microsoft Forms in the taskbar search field) with no limits. Qualtrics is reserved for research, longitudinal studies, and institutional initiatives that require its use. Access is granted by a brand administrator after first login (see the Qualtrics tab for more details).
