In order to coordinate the use of the 11:00 o’clock hour on Thursdays across the university, please use the following guideline each month.

| 3rd Thursday | Local Faculty Meetings |
| 4th Thursday | Open. Use as needed. Convocation (September) |
| 5th Thursday | Open. Use as needed. |
