Our technical support team makes sure that everything runs smoothly for our online classes. Technical Support troubleshoots any technical problems you might encounter with your Student Center and Canvas accounts. We also offer resources to help you troubleshoot problems on your own through our Student Help Center. If you have forgotten your password and need to reset it, please email your full name along with your 7-digit ID number to distancelearning@byuh.edu requesting a password reset. Alternatively, you can call (808) 675-3853 to request a password reset, please be sure you have your 7-digit ID number on hand before you call.
