APA Reference Section

Many classes at Brigham Young University-Hawaii require students to write essays and research papers using the formatting style of the American Psychological Association.  The Reading & Writing Center has many resources available to help students learn the conventions of this style, including the Publication Manual of the American Psychology Association 5th Edition, Pocket Guide to APA Style 2nd Edition, handouts, and research paper writing manuals. Students can also schedule in-person tutorials specifically to discuss APA style.  For students' convenience, the RWC has also made this website available as a reference that can be accessed by any scholar, any time, anywhere.
